Once your items have been pick up we will process them at our cleaning plant for storage and deliver them to our secure, ventilated climate controlled garment storage facility where your items will be stored until you request them delivered back for either a night on the town or a vacation ski trip. 

Keep in mind that you can at any time request your garments to be delivered back to you within 3 service days so that you have it available as a wardrobe option
